I meant to write a fic with desperate snogging in it (perhaps even that elusive "fade to black" moment), but my muse will only allow Rose and Ten to cuddle and hold hands and otherwise act like adorable eight-year-olds. I am sorry, world.

Awwwwwww! I'm squeeing here with the happy, that's so great! I love that their reunion was bittersweet. It was believable and a little heartbreaking. I'm with you though, I just don't want to believe that they're separated for good. I re-watch Doomsday and I still tear up. :(

My little fangirl heart is unable to admit their separation as well. Which is why this was pretty fantastic. Reunion's always good. ;DD

It wouldn't be a simple choice, and I like stories that recognise that. This was great - every line of dialogue in character and believable, particularly him. God, he hasn't changed a bit, has he?

As much as I love happy!reunion fics, it would be an unbearable choice. Bad enough in Doomsday, but Rose didn't have quite as much to lose then. I just hate the idea that the choice in Doomsday was made for her. I just can't see Rose ever getting over that.
