Men's Liberation

Camp, dubious 70's fun ensued, in which strangely, despite the planet Medusa being ruled by women and the men subjugated to the mere role of slaves and servants, the women still seemed very much slaves to a inconvenient fashion sense that would appeal particulary to men ( of the 70's )

Such that the femguards pursuing would be male subversives were decked out in ridiculous hot pant outfits and not much else, with hefty 70's high heeled disco boots. Absolutely perfect for falling over flat on ones face when giving chase to criminals ( that would be men then ). Certainly not very good for actually running after anyone and successfully catching them. Short skirts and lush make up were to be found in prolific and hardly functional abandon such that one would wonder just who was serving who.

This is obviously why Blake and his buddy made their escape with little trouble. Big boots and keeping an eye on the mirror to ensure the sequined face decorations are in place are somewhat distracting when pursuing a domestic with ideas well above his station after all.

I could go on but well, no doubt you will get the message by going here..

Maiden Over

Memories eh, amply reinforced by just watching the first episode again ( not seen since those disco days ).
