So our library system is doing a program called "A Visit from the Nut-Brown Hare," wherein the Hare comes to each branch separately. Our branch did the program yesterday, and the poor high-school volunteer was stuck inside the bunny suit for an hour while kids tried to pull her head off.
But that's over now. We're safe.
Except that tonight, another branch has the Nut-Brown Hare. And their volunteer backed out. This morning.
