so i'm coming to realise several things...
1. patience isn't natural to some people and is more like the 'alternative' to natural behavior.
2. people talk in third person when trying to persuade someone to do something for them, eg. "we need this detail in the system so we can provide a quote to the customer", translated becomes, "i need you to do all this work so i can can go to the customer and pretend i've done it all."
3. wine and spa's are made better when they're both enjoyed in the rain at the same time followed by a lot of sex.
4. sometimes the world just wants you to rock.
