No rest for the wicked - OTA
Ethan has been in and out of conciousness for the last hour or so, mind and body drifting as his system slowly but surely clears of the drugs that were pumping through him for so long whilst being held hostage. He has caught snippets of conversation between Doctors and nurses; mentions of Dopaminergics, enzyme inhibitors, Methylphenidate, soporific drugs and other such medical terms that mean absolutely nothing to him in this state.
He's already woken up once and been visited and cared for by Angel. He was both surprised and comforted by her gesture of coming to check on him whilst he recovers. Though the news that Allerdyce had been shot, the camp is a wreck and bloody Wilson came to save his ass were not taken as good news. At least though Ethan is starting to feel a little less woozy and overwhelmed by the drugs in his system. His body still hurts, a dull ache in the background really now but it's more of an annoyance than a discomfort. Ethan isn't used to feeling like this, especially when the notes on his chart say he is to remain in bed until further notice.
