PLOT; things that bump in the night
The approach is utterly silent; a unit of two hundred strong advancing on the base camp from the far perimeter, silently taking out the sentry guards as they approached the fences. Their entrance went undetected and their main goal was reached -power supplies.
As the unit fanned out, the power was cut and in an instant the base lost all power. Lights, alarms, electrics all went out. As per their intel, two teams were deployed to the indicated location of C. Bradley and M. Richards -the main threats to the power situation. The unit then broke down into teams, each one moving around the base with extreme caution and armed for resistance. They have a score to settle, they have a mission to carry out, and they hold extreme prejudice towards all mutants. This isn't a slight to them, they're all more than happy to use excessive force if they can; bloodshed is expected.
First, they take Bradley and Richards out of the equation, then, well, then it's open season. The plan is to take Frost and Sykes in alive, but if something happens, they all know, it's not an issue.
[mod note: okay, this is the start of a story line which will hopefully be running along for a while. in this case, we have the infiltration of the camp by armed, dangerous and highly skilled operatives -your mods will be tagging with you as per with these operatives. please feel free to have threads with each other without mods, you may god-mode with the attacks, but don't use other players. only the attackers. don't bother trying to get anything out of them, it's not going to happen. feel free to tag here or start your own posts with others.
