Adapting and adhering to the new rules set in place with the location change wasn't all that hard for Scott. He wasn't one to usually step out of line anyways

It wasn't target practice that Rogue was partaking in. She'd taken a flight around the base -since the privileges were currently out of the question but powers were still right there for some entertainment. It was just too bad that as Rogue dropped back to the ground, Scott was in her blindspot behind some trees and the Southerner narrowly missed landing on his head.
"Oh, jeeze," quickly pulling up and back, Rogue pulled her legs back before dropping down a good few feet away, smiling sheepishly, "Ah'm sorry, Ah didn't see ya there. Gawd, y' good?" She didn't think her feet had hit him, she was pretty sure she'd had noticed if she'd kicked his head, but it was always polite to check.
He was in a slight state of shock after she was on the ground. Scott didn't expect anyone to be literally flying around the place. Actually, he'd never seen anyone fly at all before, so it was a little interesting. "No, I'm fine. Were you just...flying?"
Looking up at where she'd just come down from, Rogue gave a nod, "Um, yeah, yeah Ah was." She didn't realise that there were people in camp who still didn't know her powers -the fact that she wasn't a show off probably added to that.
"Part o' mah use." And only a small part of it. "Ah don't think we've ever talked or nothin', have we?" He looked familiar, Rogue could remember seeing him around here and there, definitely on the plane back into the States. But she'd never actually spoken to him.
Scott looked at her curiously. He'd seen a lot of people around the base or in passing, but just didn't talk. Lately he'd become something of a hermit. "I don't think we have. I'm Scott," he said while holding out a hand.
With a smile pulling at the corner of his mouth, he added, "And how is it? Flying like that?"
Angel was in the zone. Originally, she was just hitting the target the way they were all set up but that got boring so she turned it into a game. One that only got more humorous when Angel decided her game needed to be set to music. Of course, she didn't have an ipod or anything so it was really just her singing to herself and bouncing around to some impromptu dance number while she took out the targets in time to the beat.
She was mid-na na na when she saw movement out of the corner of her. Angel didn't have a chance to think before her body jumped into motion, spinning to face the person and poised to fire.
Scott froze when she looked to be ready to attack with his hands up defensively. "Hey, whoa. I'm not a target," he said through a nervous chuckle. "Bystander just observing." He was fairly positive he didn't want to become a piece of charcoal in the near future.
With wide eyes and quickly reddening cheeks, Angel looked every bit as shocked as he was that she was about to fire on him. She immediately dropped her hand. "Oh my gosh! Oh I'm sorry! I didn't mean to almost... you know. I guess I'm just jumpy. H..how long have you been standing there?"
"Not very long. A minute. Maybe two?" He gave a shrug and a reassuring smile. "I should've announced myself first." Scott put his hands down, figuring if she would've hurt him it would've been his fault. Everyone was always pretty on their guard around the base.
