So, I had an interview for a paid internship with four people from a single organization today. Do I really have to send a thank you letter to each one? It was only half an hour long, and we all met together, so it's not like I talked individually to each one. I feel like I have no way to individualize the letters beyond changing the wording around in completely superficial ways, and google tells me not to send the same letter to all of them.
Can I send a letter to the main person who I had talked with over email/phone about the position and mention the other people in the letter, à la the last sample letter
here? Or is that totally bad form and I should just suck it up and send essentially the same letter to the same address four times even though I feel ridiculous? (There are like seven employees at this organization, so it's not like they're in different departments or anything.)
edit: Thanks for your comments! I sent my letter to the main interviewer, and mentioned the names of the other people I met :)
