After much searching I finally found a store that sells loose-leaf tea in my town.  It was tucked away in one of the more industrialized parts of town and attached to a wine-kit shop of all things.  Despite that it seems to do good business and the teas seemed like they were of good quality and the woman who ran the shop was very knowledgeable.  I ( Read more... )

Knowing I am an extreme fan of Oolong, a friend purchased some for me....and sadly I'm not really a fan of this particular flavor. I believe it is Wu-Yi Oolong (my friend forgot the name of course) and is described as having a "rich body with an earthy, smoky flavor." I have about 2.5oz of it and willing to ship anywhere within the continental US. 

So I've been doing a lot of traveling around the province in the past couple weeks, not all of it for pleasent reasons, but I'm not going to discuss that here.  The upside is that during my travels I managed to find two great tea stores, one of which is in a very small town (which surprised me).  Being the tea fanatic that I am I went nuts and ( Read more... )
