Seeing double...

Well, it looks like
mrsshoegal,  who thought my adverse reaction to coffee on Wednesday might be an early pregnancy symptom, may just have been quite right!  I woke up this morning feeling icky and nausous for the third morning in a row so I thought perhaps I'd take a test.  So, I took the test and saw nothing at first.  I began to wash my hands and console myself about the negative test result when I looked over and saw what I thought was a second line.  I picked up the test and low and behold there were two lines.  The second line was faint, but it was certainly there and definitely pink!  Here's a play by play of what happened next:

ME: (slammed out of bathroom and threw test at DH) What do you see?
DH: (laying in bed still) Uh, I see two lines. Oh my gosh! I see two lines!!!
ME: Me too. But, wait. It could be an evaporation line.
DH: What the hell is an evaporation line?
ME: It's when you're not really pregnant and you see a line.
DH: Oh stop it. You're pregnant. What happened to being positive?
ME: Now I'm scared. What it I'm getting excited for nothing?
DH: (jumps out of bed and hugs me) You ARE pregnant. I just know it. But I have a feeling we're buying a gazillion pregnancy tests today so you can test tomorrow again huh?
ME: Yup... so keep that credit card handy mister!

And, after school today we went straight to the store and purchased several brands of home pregnancy tests (yes, I can be a tad obsessive).  I just took two different brands and both came out +++ again (uh, I couldn't seem to wait until the morning).

EEEEEEE!  I'm so excited.  I know it's early on and all but how can a gal keep this excitement to herself???  After 7 cycles of charting and waiting for this it feels so surreal to think it finally has happened for us.  :o)

So, I'll be floating around in the air for the next several days I'm sure!  We're off to visit Brad's family sometime tomorrow I think so I may not be back on until late Sunday or Monday... see you then!

bfp, pregnancy
