CARDIO
+ 25 mins. of running... I wanted to do 30... but I was having a tough time.
ABS
+ 3 sets, 20, 15, 15 lower ab raises
+ 3 sets, 10 reps torso rotation (70 lbs.)
+ 3 sets, 10 reps ab cruncher #2 (70 lbs.)
ARMS
+ 2 sets, 10 reps lateral shoulder raises (5 lbs.)
+ 2 sets, 10 reps front shoulder raises (5 lbs.)
+ 2 sets, 12 reps overhead extensions (12.5 lbs.)
+ 3 sets, 10 reps tricep rope-pulls
Yesterday, I went out with Mak to celebrate out two-month accomplishment at Second Cup... of course we allowed ourselves to binge (that WAS the reward!). Instead, however, I ended up having a tummy-ache from my dessert choices. So, that's the last time I will eat a brownie and that strange cookie EVER AGAIN!!!
