It was decided that volume 11 will be released by chapter instead of the whole volume at once so that the wait won't be that long. Things like the contents page will be added to the volume release. Yeah, if you didn't notice, we're a really lax group... especially when it comes to things that don't have fixed release schedule and aren't ongoing (volume releases and such...)
