So after our beautiful spring day yesterday, I woke up this morning to discover that it had snowed a solid couple inches. What the hell? I thought we were getting over that. I guess it's a little spotty still.
In any case, not a bad day. Made french toast and enjoyed my Stumptown coffee beans for breakfast, did a bunch of photo organizing / processing work, fought off the impending beast that is the taxes, and eventually managed to slip out to go for a walk through the park and hit up the Natural History museum before coming home to get my cookin' on. Made Chicken & Dumplings for the first time (old school comfort food, that), followed by my favorite mocha pepper mousse. I love finding time to cook.
