Summary: Just Italy running around and enjoying himself.
Italy smiled to himself. He was on the beach building sand sculptures to pass them time. Instead of building a castle like most people did, he was trying to build a car out of sand. There was no particular reason for a car; he was just doing something to amuse himself. As he worked, he was wondering what he would make next. Maybe one of Germany's castles... or better yet, one of Japan's. It didn't look like a normal castle.
He wasn't really paying attention to what was happening around him since he was absorbed in making his sculpture.
