I always wondered how this worked! Did one of the mod's program the randomizer or is it something that other tcg's use so we just borrowed it?

The randomizer as far as I know is soley for tcg_exchange and was created by one of the previous moderators... most likely neon I think. It's been around since before I became a moderator.

Blood, sweat, tears, and a whole lot of time. XD Despite the randomizer it takes a good while to hand out everything and make confirmations.
