Good evening of tcg_exchange!
The fifteenth competition is here! THIS IS THE LAST CONTEST! HOMG! So, here we go~ What is the contest this time?
WHAT TO DO: I want you to make a game for the community. By game I mean something in which members like yourselves can use to be interactive within the community (i.e. lotto, card exchange, etc.). I want you to think up something special that you would like to do, maybe a weekly standardized crossword puzzle, word find, etc.
Requirements: Potentially design a game complete with an example and rules on how to run the game and how to play it.
RULES: This game must be for everyone with nothing offensive. Drinking games are not permitted. If there is a card amount you have to pay in order to participate, explain how much it is to play and how much you have to collect.
Submission: Please submit your game idea below. Please include an example as a LINK.
One entry per person. Hopefully I'll be grading this [hopefully]... Please format your comment with the following format:

I'm grading on originality and how well it is written. ^_^v
Winning Prize: 2 S certs, 5 random cards and 1 NEW event cards that hasn't been released yet [different than last week's]. If the idea is suitable and passes with all the other moderators, and we find a moderator to control the game, your game will be released.
Runner Up Prize: 2 A Certs and 5 random cards.
Participation Prize: 1 B Cert and 4 cards
Date for end of submission: September 4, 2009 @9PM. Comment to this post. Comments are screened and only the winning icon and runner up will be unscreened.
Winners will be announced: September 4/5/6, 2009.
