Been drowning in paperwork lately. Does anyone know someone who has their real estate license but isn't working? I've been so busy I can't see straight. I need a helper. Preferably someone who has some knowledge of closing. I'm willing to pay them also. 20-30 bucks an hour depending on experience.
I'll be closing on a condo soon. Hopefully this goes smoothly.
Ugh I need a vacation.
