Not sure how funny this will be to people who don't have to do legal research online all the time.  But to those of us who do, unintentionally funny headnotes in cases can be one of the only things to break up what is otherwise an often monotonous, mindbendingly boring and frustrating exercise.

Here's the best one i've seen in a while, from a 1937 case in the District of Maryland:

Statute providing measure of damages for improper discharge of seamen provides only remedy available to improperly discharged seaman in admiralty court, an improperly discharged seaman not being entitled to obtain in admiralty court specific performance of contract of employment or to require reinstatement by master or owner of vessel, the statutory damages being in lieu of any other damages that might otherwise be obtained (46 U.S.C.A. 594).
