Mmmm, not much to say, really. Just part of my plan to try and post daily so as not to drift off again.
I'm preparing (or trying to) for my stay in London... how the hell am I supposed to make two months worth of necessities fit into a luggage that must not weigh more than 15 kilos?? And 10 kilos for my handbag. *eyes stack of books* *sadly puts them aside*
Bought a plush toy as a present for the little boy I'll be babysitting... it's his birthday on the 14th. I figured, you can never go wrong with plush toys. I still have all those I was given in my childhood, can't bear to part from them. :D
Still trying to get a hold of a ticket to see David Tennant as Hamlet in Stratford-upon-avon. But the only place I've found them is eBay, and the prices are frankly ridiculous. 400 pounds for a ticket?? I can't believe people are willing to pay that much. I adore Tennant and all, and it would probably be my only chance to ever see him live, but come on! When I get to London I'll call the office of the RSC, and get on their reserve list, in case there are returns or someone cancels. Any other ideas? Any nifty sites that still have some tickets? You want to sell yours? I'm not above begging!
Tonight I'm going to continue with my rewatching of Doctor Who Series 4 (I went on a marathon this past week to try and get my mind off last Saturday's cliffie - I'm up to Silence in the Library) and then watch So You Think You Can Dance 4x12. Shut up. It's not that bad! I like it!
