Ruby 7's in the 2016 Olympics!
The IOC board has moved forward on Rugby in the 2016 Summer Olympics. It now has to go to the entire IOC for final approval in October.
7's is a faster, shorter game played on the same sized field. "Regular" Rugby has 15 players a side, this will be 7 Players a side. This will be a big boost for Rugby in the US.

I found a potential source for a grant of $2,500 for the youth team I coach here in Baltimore. I need your help though. It all depends on how many points the team gets. I know you are not the parents of these kids, but go onto the site and take the responsible parent course and quiz. Finally taking a break form all the rugby today. Just had dinner, and now relaxing before heading back over for the big finale game and the drinking. Flight in last night was rough the entire way. Ok, for those who read about my accident to my knee at practice in the spring, I finally went to a doctor a couple of weeks ago. It was confirmed as an ACL Tear, and so I will be going in for surgery. The date is set for the 20th, so I will hopefully be fine by the party, but at most I will be on crutches. Friday's drive down to the beach was relatively easy. Not much Traffic, and we were at the house around 7pm. The boys already there were already drinking, and after dumping my stuff in a room, finding a safe place to park, and eating some dinner, I joined them.
