more rain
Today's Spanish class:
(keep in mind this was all in spanish, which makes it at least twice as funny)
Random kid #1: I have fish in my dorm room. But my one main fish ate all the other fish because I haven't fed it in a while. I need to buy food for it this weekend.
Prof: (sarcastically) Christ, what kind of fish is it? A shark?
Random kid #1: No, it's a special kind of fish from the Amazon called a knifefish. It's very evil.
Prof: Well, you said you had to buy food for it. What does it eat?
Random kid #2: YOUR MOM!!!!!!!!
so that was entertaining.
tonight i think brian and jake are going to watch "from justin to kelly," which i will be avoiding at all costs. therefore, i believe catherine and i and whoever else wants to will be watching "garden state," even though that movie is so freaking emo/indie it makes me want to throw up. "listen to this song, it will change your life"????? aaaaahhhhh! only an obnoxious emo kid. i love it.
there was a pretty cool thunderstorm about an hour ago. i opened the window and sat on my bed to watch it. no rain came in because the wind was blowing the other way (because i just knew someone was going to comment and ask that). also, i played "rite of spring" in the background, which was a perfect soundtrack for the storm. yay.
mad props to jennifer who sent me a red sox cap in the mail. HOT. now i can finally give my sister's back (i stole it in, like, september).
i think i need a new layout for my website. ideas?
also, i have come to the conclusion that julie andrews has the most amazing voice of anyone in the world and is the most gifted singer ever. ever.
