9am-11am:
After I'd completed my work, there was nothing to do but hunker down.

11:30am:
Jameson went out to siphon the pool off a bit, and our neighbors were outside doing the same.
Here are the menfolk chatting while they drain the pools, spliced image. Jameson left, Tom and Dan right.
We are lucky to have friendly, helpful, good neighbors.

Thursday night we went out to see one of Jameson's friends perform his original music (classic rock style.)

It was at this dive bar/club, but it wasn't too crowded and the drinks were good.
Enjoyed listening to the band and catching up with an assortment of Jameson's buddies between sets.

Having been let go from nursing home data entry forever, I am now looking at the following opportunities:

- Diving into the gig economy: I am waitlisted with Instacart and Amazon Flex, and have set up a food delivery account with Uber Eats. I've also got Papa Pals fully set up. Papa Pals pays about $17/hour, which is $5 more than what I was making ( Read more... )
