Holiday time!
Off to Barcelona tomorrow wahay!!! Finally found out some news today - haven't got into Cambridge. Aparently they decided on Friday that they weren't going to take me but didn't think of ringing me or updating Track (which still hasn't changed) instead they sent me a letter which I still haven't received. Stupid place. We only found out cos we got Mrs Simms to ring. I think I'm ok with it, bit annoyed, wish I had found out sooner because I didn't have any choice of accomodation for Bath. I'm off campus when most people will be on campus and so 2 mins away from Maths block. Instead I have over 1 1/4 mile to get to the campus. It'll still be fun anyway. It's also going to be a bit easier. The whole first semester is basically further maths repeated, unlike in Cambridge where they only repeat that for about the 1st 2/3 weeks. But ach well, means I will be better able to cope. Also in 3rd year there is the chance to study abroad for the year, either in Europe or North America. I would really love to go to Canada. Recently some people went to Vancouver which I think would be fab! I could go on holidays to Alaska (really want to visit there!) or further north in Canada and experience proper snow!
