Still Trying
I made a fish dinner today. Ikon ate quite well. She had almost half a small tilapia fillet, four 'tater tots, an inch and a half square of jalapeno cornbread and a few spears of chilled asparagus with two grapefruit segments. It's too bad she disdains mayonnaise since that would add some much needed fat to her diet. However, I was pleased with her intake today. She also drank a tall glass of iced tea with lemon. Not bad at all. I am not trying to badger her; I just prepare the food and place it on the table.
She did not write today or really do anything else. She is still moving very carefully both physically and in her words. She reminds me of a person wary of land mines in every venue.
