I shouldn’t speculate on depressing theories like this… it doesn’t bode well for my mental condition.

Today I received a most ponderous review over at The Pit for a story I recently posted.  I'm not naming names, and I didn't want to respond directly, because we all know how touchy a lot of people are over there, but I simply could not let this go.  I had to respond somehow, even if that person will never see it.

My family is one of those that eats dinner in front of the TV.  We are also one of those that when a movie is on, it's generally understood that theater rules are expected.  Don't talk (especially if it's a new movie we haven't seen yet), no cellphones or gameboys, and pay attention to the film.  It always kind of throws me when I watch a movie ( Read more... )
