Lurgy was apparently more serious than just lurgy :-(
So apparently the lurgy that I thought I had all weekend long was actually a mild case of pneumonia. AND, since I'm diabetic and had been running a fever, they admitted me to the hospital. BOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Plus, they haven't even been able to get me into a room yet. That's right. I've been in the ER since 6 o'clock last night. Granted I am in a bed, but still. It's a bit ridiculous. I have a really bad back ache with is one of the issues with pneumonia apparently. Basically it's no fun at all and I'm crossing my fingers that I will be out in time tomorrow for Papa's wake/visitation thing. AND my blood sugar has been way higher than normal since I'm sick.
The only bonus is that the internet in the ER FINALLY started working again.
