Without the coat, Enfys's outfit is basically 'underwear', so Penny is in fantastic company here.

Bruce still sounds a little shell-shocked, because being transported is getting old, Taxon - here, there, this house, a ball or whatever the hell this is - and it's not helping that Penelope is dressed like that. Stoic as he may be, he's still human.

Don't ask what ID she gave the Extras. (It was a wanted poster...)
Really, really don't ask why she's sticking around after the evening's entertainment and her lack of being glitched into being an audience member becomes more obvious. Mostly that's just because she's not entirely sure herself.

"Lights." She means magic, specifically the spell she saw when they rescued Dawn, but then she just shakes her head. "Don't need them. The directions are implicit."
With that, she grabs some fried things on sticks from a tray and Extra is carrying by and offers one to Tara.
