With a squeak, Dawn will just be detangling herself from the making out for a second, because that was not a good sound. And after looking around wildly for Drusilla, she looks down at the floor, and her tablet.

Not the look, anything bu--
...Hey, wait. Dawn doesn't care what Angel thinks! So she will just be stubbornly crossing her arms over her chest and stepping close to Xander again.
"Last time I checked, people who date kiss. It's kind of like a pre-req." Thoughtful pause. "Unless you're in one of those weird religions with holes in sheets."

Isn't it weird how parts always leads to other parts when there are shenanigans going?
...If Dawn clutches Xander a little tighter for a second, it can be chalked up to nerves and not at all long standing insecurity about everyone wanting Buffy and not her. Just saying.
"There are elements of the familiar. It's familiar-esque."

"Yeah, I'm getting that feeling too. Hi Buffy! What exceptional timing we all have."
If Xander is just a little bit more awkward than usual, it has nothing to do with the fact that this is the first time in Taxon that he's talked to Buffy since their other talk, which... technically was a while ago, but feels more recent on account of only just remembering it. Either way, he still has his arm around Dawn in an openly affectionate way, and certainly isn't... running away or anything.

"This is slightly awkward. Just a little." But the arm around her helps, even beyond the warm fuzzies in her belly feeling. "So. I guess it's time to be glad we're all on the same metaphorical page?"

Dawn probably remembers this voice from the last time she and Petra spoke; it's the one that all mothers know how to employ and frequently do so without prejudice. It's currently being used by a small noblewoman holding a cup of tea and still wearing a deep purple robe while she finishes waking up before facing the day. "Dawn," she says, mild, "your tablet."
...this is how she compromises on the differences between American and Elenic sensibilities and the fact that this really isn't is her business.

"I know it was, dear. You'll be more careful in the future, though, won't you?" Petra warms her hands around the teacup, sitting down in front of the tablet and letting the Extra maid take over her hair while she talks to Dawn. (The attempts to handle it herself had been abandoned fairly early on.)

"I will. I didn't know it was recording until the whole... you know, people commenting thing. Which was awkward. But, um. Thank you." Dawn will just be babbling now.

Stare.
Stare.
Maybe a little gasp here, and a very eloquent, yet strangely fitting:
"Oh. My. God.."

"Uh, hi Cordelia?"

"Is there a glitch involved in that visually stunning display, or were you just looking for the fastest way to get into prison?"
...never mind that Dawn is beyond the tender age of eighteen. Indignation, bask in it.
