Dawn just rolls her eyes, because... Kirk is allowed to stay only because no matter how much of a jerk he is to her, he makes Buffy happy and is sweet to her. So apparently, Dawn is just his creep spot.

Two explanations at once, that's helpful.

Yeah, she remains unconvinced by this, unfortunately. This is the skeptical face, although it is somewhat softened by the fact that she takes his hand at the same time.

Truly, she is masterful.

"What are you doing then?" She asks, raising an eyebrow in challenge, and running her thumb along the back of his hand in a way that is both extremely subtle and suggestive at the same time.
