knew that I found the tradition of taking one's uterus out just because it's "usefulness" is over. I was ahead of the curve and these days, it's a rare doctor who will take a uterus out for such a reason. At some point, if it causes you nothing but pain and you are not planning to bear children, it seems reasonable to remove it (a decision that many of my friends have made) . . . of course it is usually a threat to one's health that prompts the decision.

On the other hand, I've never heard of a doctor suggesting that since have no plans to reproduce that I should prune off anything either.

in three days and grumpy. I am wondering if I have fibroids though, because max doses of ibuprofen aren't helping as well these days.
