I know that many of you who knew me when I was young
knew that I found the tradition of taking one's uterus out just because it's "usefulness" is over. I was ahead of the curve and these days, it's a rare doctor who will take a uterus out for such a reason. I have come to hate my uterus, as it has become erratic and even more painful during menses, longer and worse. Yeah, if I could find a doctor who would take this damn thing out, I might just be willing to re-examine my beliefs. As a matter of fact, I know I would.
