*g* I was probably amongst the loudest laughers in our screening. Our audience loved Coulson's fanboyism the most, I think. "Hulk. Smash!" got huge laugh as well.

Hawkeye! I have loved since watching the Iron Man cartoon they showed in Australia in the 90s. I have such a hard time picking favourite bits of him - but jumping off the building with the knowledge that he was perfectly capable of saving himself was pretty high on the list of badassery.

You mentioning Cap boosting Natasha with the shield reminded me of how over-excited I was when they used the shield to reflect Iron Man's repulsor beams. Because that was one of those classic comic moments - like when Colossus threw Wolverine in X3 - that I've always wanted to see.

Actually all the team fighting moments - Cap & Iron Man, Cap & Widow, Thor & Hulk - were so perfectly representative of comic stuff that I almost wanted to weep with joy. I kept punching the air out of excitement.

Gods, Cap was so excited about getting the flying monkey reference! And everyone just gave him this look. That right there is why movie!Steve is the only Steve I've ever loved. He's just so adorable.

I loved Tony's unshakeable faith that the Hulk was going to show up, as well. I love that he saw what no-one else had - that Bruce was really truly in control.

Ohhhh, I really need to see it again. But I've not really got a chance until next Weds or Sat. Inconvenient job is inconvenient.

I don't have any kind of comics background at all, so I'm sure lots of stuff passed me by.

Yeah, that was awesome.

I'm not sure that I can get to see it again until next Friday or Saturday. Unless I can wangle something tomorrow, which I'm tempted to try.

What was the bit about the cellist? I didn't quite catch that.
