I wuz published again, this time writing about
the important things.
Salute the roo
The flies are particularly bad this year, thanks to the fermenting dung of cows in humid conditions in NSW.
NSW flies have even hitched their way down to Melbourne with the hot northerlies, in near plague proportions. They are native critters but the habitat they have found themselves in is not native.
This problem could be eased if only people ate more kangaroo meat. It tastes better than beef, and just think what it would be like with fewer flies in your mouth. Alas, my local supermarkets have both recently stopped stocking roo - apparently not enough people are buying it. Do your duty for your country, and your fellow fly haters. Just don't cook it too much, eh?

If you don't hear from me when I get back home, it's because between this, and putting Nationals on my lower house ballot second last, the local farmers (3/4 of the town of 2500) have revolted and pitchforked me. Come looking for me hanging up on the town clock for a demonstration of what not to do.
