Chad got me a leather bound journal for my birthday! It doesn't have regular paper either, but the textured kind instead. So awesome!! =D
And Yurara 2 came out recently! I was wandering around Borders as a break from packing, and came across it. Better still, I had a 20% off coupon for today as well ;) It's such a cool series, and there's only 2 or 3 books left, woo hoo!
Most of my kitchen is now packed up. I no longer have regular plates, but will be using paper ones instead. In fact, all my dishes are packed away save my utensils, my steak knives and some of my baking pans. Everything else is sitting downstairs, waiting to be taken away to my new apartment (which I should find out about soon, I hope . . . *cross fingers*) You never realize you have so much stuff until you try to move it all. I think the only room that it's hard to tell I'm moving is my bedroom.
I had to use a laundromat today to do my laundry, which had been piling up for about two weeks. UGH! Talk about frustrating. Instead of using quarters, you had to pay $2 for a card, then put money on the card in order to use any of the machines. Bastards. The one nice thing was my clothes dried a lot faster in these machines than they ever did in the dryers at the other place. Or here for that matter. So yey to freshly washed clothes, boo to paying too much.
