Who says going to the gym is good for ya?  Turns out I strained some muscles in the back of my left hand.  Had to see a doctor, who then went on to recommend me to a physical therapist.  Damn.  This is going to slow down my writing output.

Just caught the last half of Dance With Me, the remake, not the original.

Damn.  Even having missed the first hour, I teared up heavy there at the end.  Happily, btw, not like I was watching Rent or Braveheart.  Now I definitely need to see the whole thing.  And based on the hour I saw, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a date film.

My mom loves the album Chicago 17.  Well, maybe "loves" is a strong word, but I have strong memories of her singing and dancing around the kitchen to songs like "You're the Inspiration" and "Hard Habit to Break."  Now, don't get me wrong.  It's not a bad album, but I don't get why she enjoys it as much as she does.
