Damn it

So my mother is the oldest of 5 sisters - sometimes she was like a mother to the 2 youngest since there was quite a few years between her and them, and sometimes Grandma wasn't up to caring for them.

In January, the second sister (Aunt N) was diagnosed with brain tumors. She was gone in a month. She and my mother were very very close.

Now the fourth sister (Aunt B) has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Which is not good, but potentially far more treatable than Aunt N's cancer. She'll be having all sorts of appointments and scans to determine extent and treatment. My cousin said that the doctor sounded positive and that Aunt B is in good spirits.

But my poor mother - Aunt N has only been gone for 4 months and now she's worrying about Aunt B.
