When you co-write with someone fairly intensively for a while, you get a good sense of each other's "writer's brain" and develop a feel for what kind of bones you can throw that their muse might be interested in catching. That's actually one of the coolest things about it to me ( Read more... )

It's now into the wee hours of the last day of June, and I think we've had four entire days of sunshine in the entire fucking month. The last week and a half have been like trying to breathe underwater, it's so humid and not actually hot so the dampness is just settling in everywhere.
