Re-installing iTunes and resetting the iPod seems to be working so far. *crosses fingers that this continues* I have been reminded that as I have named my electronics after the Saints universe, I should perhaps expect them to behave like divas and/or assholes upon occasion. :P
10 weird and wonderful Christmas cover versions. Some of these are horrendous, true. Some of them are great. I thought it was an interesting list, in any case. I have put on Giggles and Snowflakes, which is the mostly lively Christmas mix CD I did up a few years ago. (Its companion, Warm Firelight, Wine & Friends, is all slow and dreamy Christmas tunes.) I'd post tracklistings, but I had them on a programme native to my old desktop, unfortunately. But G&S has the Muppets and Fountains of Wayne and Irish Rovers and fun stuff like that, with the occasional detour into things like Rob's New York Christmas - not surprisingly, one of my favourites. Probably my other two favourites are on the slow one: O Holy Night as sung by Martina McBride (shivers, OMG), and Song for a Winter's Night as sung by Sarah McLachlan (written by Gordon, if you didn't know that :) ).
