I say "sort of" because when I was in the temp agency office on Friday doing the standard computer tests (re: which, btw, it appears I am extremement rusty when it comes to mail merges in Word, and as I have Office 07 on my laptop, I can't even practice since it has a wizard *headdesk*), the recruitment lady had told me that she didn't currently have anything that was for less than a six-month contract, which is longer than I'm looking for right now - I don't want to commit to something that extended atm in case something comes available in the field I'm actually aiming at. (The only openings right now are in an agricultural college. Er, no. I can't even keep a cactus garden alive.) Anyway, she called me today about a two-week assignment that begins tomorrow, so I'll be going to work tomorrow for the first time in about five weeks. Eep! I'm now glad that when we went grocery shopping on the weekend, that I thought to get stuff to make sandwiches. Though I forgot mustard. And sugar. Which is for tea, not sandwiches. :P
Speaking of food, though, it takes me a ridiculously long time to grocery shop, even online (yay delivery) because so little is familiar. It isn't even the products so much, because lots of those are essentially the same, but they're in different packaging so I find that I actually have to read everything. I never realised before just how much I sight-shopped! Also, sometimes? Label-reading does not help. Because what I think it is and what the people who packed and labelled it think it is, are not the same. *has not yet decided what to do with the random leafy greens she doesn't even recognise* I do believe that an Inigo Montoya quote icon might be something I should look into getting. *g*
