So I'm not sure if everyone who reads this is aware of this or not (I guess maybe I don't talk about it super often) but I'm actually set to graduate from The Center for Cartoon Studies in a couple weeks time! OH MAN THIS IS SO FREAKING COOL! Darcy sounds like a book I'd but in a freaking heartbeat ohmanohmanohmanohman...

That's so, so awesome though. I'd kill to be able to go to CCS but I don't have the money

And yeah, ugh, the money part of any secondary education thing is always gonna suck, but there aren't enough words for me to tell you about just how amazing an experience CCS has been these past two years. The place just frickin' ROCKS, and I learned so, so much from being there. Oh man.

Haha, um, I'm hoping the final version is thinner? I figure the first draft is about putting all the shit in my brain down on paper, now the name of the game's gonna be refining.

Yay! Hahaha! I'm so excited for you buddy! fuck damn, it's been two ridiculous years, and you've got a big ol box to show for it, even! Congratulations! You've obviously made the most of your time at CCS. I look forward to having you home for some summertime to hear more about it.

Yeah, I can't wait to get together and talk about everything more!
We'll get some beers, hide under a bridge and we'll exchange some stories and it will be fantastic! Soon soon soon.

(also, I can't wait to talk more with you about how "Darcy Cheyne" has been coming along since last I spoke to you about it. That beast is evolving.)

Thanks man! Hopefully you *will* be able to read it all not too long from now! Once all this graduation stuff is out of the way I'll get started on actually drawing the thing, and I'm planning to start serializing it in some capacity or another not too long after that!
