plato's blood tests did improve, but only a little. still not normal. the vet advised us to take him in for the iv treatment one more time. if it's still not close to normal after that, then his chances of ever getting better are very slim. so tomorrow we will truly know. waiting for heather to get home from work to discuss this with her, which should be in a few minutes. he's been home for 3 hours and has still not eaten. the other cats are so confused, they don't know what to think. they definitely know something is wrong. they know to not mess with him (normally their favorite hobby is to surprise attack each other). he's sitting on my lap now. i'm trying to spend as much time with him as possible.
