i guess i miss what was before but i have to be strong. i listened to shuffle play today and join mitchell sprung up upon me. and i thought about song session. and it made me smile.

i need to beleive it because otherwise i'll be sucked into my own sorrow attitude and it will consume me until there is nothing left.
i'll pick up and get to it. i needed that. just a push i guess. but i'm a trooper i'l figure it out.
