What have we done?
Making love just another
Four-lettered word,
Meaningless and overused.

What are we doing?
Using the word hate
In everyday conversasion,
But meaning it more every time.

Why do we say hope is a dream,
And dreams don't come true,
Making hope turn into
Another vice to cling to.
