New Computer Is Go!
Got my new computer yesterday, been slowly adding programs to it, and doing general tweaks. I've a few issues, but I'm going to be spending today trying to get through them.
1) Network. I'm having a hell of a time sharing folders on the network. Apparently, there's a 'lock' on a bunch of the folders, because the original owner (my old computer) doesn't exist. This means moving them off the drive, wiping the drive, making fresh folders, sharing those folders, and putting the files back in for people to use.
2) Streaming. This one's being a pain. I'm trying to figure out how to get WinAmp to stream in Windows 7. Annoying as all hell. This is probably going to take most of my day.
3) SSHD capacity. I accidentally put Guild Wars, DCUO, and Second Life on my SSHD. 60 Gigs really doesn't stretch that far... I'm going to need to consider moving one of those over to another drive, to free up space. Probably DCUO, we'll see. :D Remember a time when 60 Gigs was considered huge?
