Windows Request
Know what I want? If I tell a program to start up, then switch to another window to work, I do not want the first program to suddenly fill the entire screen and usurp what I'm doing. I want it to open behind what I'm working on. I'll get to it when I'm god-damned ready, and not a moment before. :p Especially if it has a log in screen or something.
