Mike and I

Mike and I broke up recently. I was looking back at a few of my entries and this seems to be a reoccuring theme in my life. This time it was like super final, I think. We are still talking, but he moved out and is staying out until I decide that we're ready to live together again and I think that is going to probably be a long while

well...i hate to break this to you, but there is NO correct way to go about things here. Time is the only thing that will tell. the best advice i have to give you is to follow your heart on this one Tash. i love you either way you choose, whether it is a life with Mike by your side, or without. no matter what you know that i will always be here for you. Just like i hopped in the car that day and came rushing over as soon as i found out what happened.

If you FEEL that this is a mistake by letting him back into your life, then it most likely is, and if you THINK this is a mistake by letting him back into your life then it probably isn't. dont think about things, because A) our minds change on a second, minute, daily, weekly, monthly, etc. basis. and B) if you don't do things from your heart, you will find that you regret most of what you choose to do with your life.

if by waste of time, you mean that you are just going to SIT around and WAIT for him to change without moving on with the rest of your life, and pondering only the matter of MIKE, then Hell YES it is a waste of time. but i know you better and i know that Mike isnt the only thing you sit around pondering. as long as you are going to further yourself, and better your own life in the "break" from your relationship with Mike, then no it isnt a waste of time at all.
