I may have mentioned to some of you that my mom has been really sick for the last year. What started out as intermittent diverticulitis attacks (searing pain from infections caused by food getting trapped in small pockets in your intestine - aka what Dolly had a couple of weeks ago) turned near constant. She was  on non-stop antibiotics, heavy pain

I'm betting there was an olive attached to that toothpick when she swallowed it. Lord knows I've come close to swallowing the martini glass whole, from time to time...

But I like to take the toothpicks out first. They are not extra condiments. Tell your mom that was a rookie mistake, and we expect better next time.
