Locked to the Order.
The lull before the storm.
It's been very quiet since the fall of St. Mungos. Suspiciously so. There was a spate of attacks on the same weekend, and since then, nothing. I am uneasy about this.
Lucius - have you anything to report?
Now more than ever I must ask everybody to be on their guard, and to report any suspicious activity - anything at all, even if it seems innocuous. Forwarned is forarmed, as the saying goes.
I shall be taking part in the inkdarting practise today at Thorne, and I expect as many of you who can attend to be there also. It is vital that we keep our defences honed.
Please welcome our newest members to the Order, Fred and George Weasley, Hannah Abbott and Michael Corner.

I've received a letter, Severus, and I would like some advice.
It's from the Transfiguration professor at BASWOT. He is asking for my assistance.
He has drawn a few conclusions from recent events, and wants to meet me to negotiate for the safety of the children at the school.
I am concerned that this might be a trap.
