more work stuff

So let's continue with my work situation. Not only did I have a seizure for the first time in over five weeks Wednesday evening, but to make matters worse, it happened at work. And not only did it happen at work, it happened right in front of my two overly-paranoid managers who are causing the double shift mess and doing the current decision-making. When I say it happened "right in front of", I mean if it happened any closer, I would've been sitting on one if not both of their laps. I ended up sitting at one's desk and then in the other's office while it passed. So it appears I may have just handed the Saturday evening Lead Supervisor shift to another Lead who is lower on the pecking order than yours truly. It's already been expressed by at least one of those managers that Wednesday evening's happenings probably will play a role in the ultimate result of things with the added reassurance that "we'll work it out." Yeah, that'll help, thanks. I hope everyone picked up the sarcastic tone there because I was laying it on pretty thick. I also have expressed my feelings that if that is indeed the case, I can understand to a certain extent but that I would still want any resulting available 5-12 or 5-close (1) shift. I think that makes sense. So other than having the added burdon of being the Lead Supervisor and having the additional responsibilities on the back end of my double shift and the additional pay, this does little to nothing in the way of solving the overall double shift situation. They still need to decide if they will allow myself and/or anyone at all to work any form of double shifts. That would include back-to-back Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Lead Suprevisor, Floor Walker, and/or CSR shifts. There's even been rumors of instituting a consecutive number of hours limit that one will be allowed to work. I'm still waiting for some input from others. Thank you!
