Yeah, interesting afternoon. I went to my sister's about 2 to help with her tax submission. Once her and her fiance got off of playing Runescape, it took me all of maybe 3 minutes to solve her issue and submit her file, including 1 minute to show and explain to her where she'd gone wrong and how to do it right.
